Where in the world can Emote Goat deliver orders?
Currently we only deliver orders within the United States, but we'll be expanding to many other regions soon
When will my order arrive?
All of our items are custom made just for you when you place your order ✨
With our items being custom made, production time for your orders will average 3 to 6 business days and depending on your location, delivery will average 6 to 12 business days
The majority of orders will fall within this average range. However, we can't make arrival guarantees due to unforeseen delays our carriers may experience (such as holidays or unsafe weather)
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your items have been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number which lets you follow the delivery status of your order
Production of your items will begin 24 hours after your order is placed
What happens if I order multiple items?
You will receive your entire order, just maybe not all at once
Since our items are each made custom for you, we can't always guarantee that your entire order will arrive at the same time
We will send you updates for each individual package in your order so you know where every item is in the delivery process

What should I do if there's an issue with my order?
If you received your order only to realize it was incorrect or damaged in some way, we sincerely apologize. We know that feeling and it's just about the opposite of fun 😭
Every instance is unique so we handle these situations on a case by case basis. Please contact us through our Contact Form within 6 days of receiving your order and we'll do what we can to make it right

Production begins only 24 hours after an order has been placed. So if you need to make any adjustments or cancelations, be sure to do so before we start crafting your items
