Refund policy
Adjustments or Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled or adjusted within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
To cancel or adjust your order, you can notify us through our Contact Form.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Adjustment details
- A silly limerick (if you feel like it)
Returns and Replacements
Due to all of our items being custom made when orders are placed, we are unable to process returns at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order such as:
- Damaged items
- Misprinted designs
- Malfunctions
- Incorrect sizing or dimensions
We'll be happy to send you a replacement at no cost 😘 We know that's not a fun experience and sincerely apologize
However, if product issues are a result of incorrect information entered or the wrong options being selected on your part, we will unfortunately not be able to send a replacement in these instances (Unless we win the lottery 🎊 Then we can send you anything you'd like 😀)
Every instance is unique so these situations are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us through our Contact Form within 6 days of receiving your items and we'll do what we can to make it right
Delivery Complications
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 24 business days, please let us know through our Contact Form and we'll quickly do some investigating 🔍 to find out what happened and correct the issue to the best of our ability
If your order was lost by our delivery service or delivered to the wrong address and is unrecoverable, we will send you a replacement.
In the unfortunate instance that your package was delivered but missing due to entering incorrect address details or theft, we will not be able to replace the stolen or lost items.
